QUARTERS VS HALVES

A Quarter Pack contains 25% of the cuts made from a whole carcass. Not a forequarter or a hindquarter. Its literally half of a Half Pack. 145L freezer is required to store a quarter.
Quarter packs are set cuts. If you want to customise your cuts go for a half a beast!

A Half Pack also known as a side contains 50% of the cuts made from a whole carcass. This allows customers to customise how they want certain cuts to be prepared eg stew cuts diced or minced. 200L freezer is required for half a beast (aka a side of beef)

If you want a whole beast, simply order 2 halves. You’ll get 100% of the beast.

HOWS IT WORK?

CUMMINS CARNIVORE

QUARTER A COW:
1. Add beef product to cart.
2. Select Gluten Free option if required.
3. Select other options.
4. Leave notes for us.
1. Pay for your product to secure your beef pack. Stock is VERY limited. No holds without payment.
2. When the time comes, we will carefully select a suitably finished animal and deliver it to the local butcher where a carcass weight will be obtained.
3. If carcass weighs less than what you paid for, we will refund you the difference. You will not be charged extra if the carcass weighs more than what you paid, you will get the extra for free :)
1. Customer collects beef directly from Butcher as per order details.
2. Collection must be on designated date as per product description.
3. Bring tubs or eskies or car fridge to keep your beef journey cool on its journey home.
4. Once collected enjoy your beef at home!

WUDINNA FREEZER FILLER

HALF A COW:
1. Add beef product to cart.
2. Choose delivery to Port Lincoln for extra $50.
3. Customise your cuts with drop down options. Select schnitzels or not.
4. Confirm collection point - Wudinna or Port Lincoln.
5. Leave notes for us.
1. Pay for your product to secure your beef pack. Stock is VERY limited. No holds without payment.
2. When the time comes, we will carefully select a suitably finished animal and deliver it to the local butcher where a carcass weight will be obtained.
3. If carcass weighs less than what you paid for, we will refund you the difference. You will not be charged extra if the carcass weighs more than what you paid, you will get the extra for free :)
1. Customer collects beef directly from Butcher OR Port Lincoln as chosen at ordering. (Port Lincoln delivery only available for the Freezer Filler).
2. Collection must be on designated date as per product description.
3. Port Lincoln deliveries will meet Butcher van in Port Lincoln CBD on designated date and time for the exchange. Please ensure you are available at this specific time and date. Please keep your mobile phone close-by on this morning. Driver may call you
4. Bring tubs or eskies or car fridge to keep your beef journey cool on its trip home.
5. Once collected, bag, freeze and enjoy your beef at home!
